How we do things
Community, as standard
Each cohort includes an online learning community to learn with and from. Learning can be a tough time. We know that sharing your journey and learning can make things easier to pick up and to succeed as a group.
Personalised learning stream
We offer different learning streams which closely link to your world. We want to make sure it’s relevant to your journey. If you work standalone your situation will be different to someone in a People team of 20.
Maximum flexibility, maximum learning
Our courses consist of a 90 minute workshop each week and offline work to complete at a time that suits you best.

We run individual coaching sessions throughout the course to optimise and consolidate your personal learning.
